Initial & Further Public Offerings Data.
Overview: DIH offers data on initial public offerings (IPO) and follow-on offerings (FPO) – also referred to as “secondary offerings” – for global equities.
We track each IPO through each potential stage (rumored, pending approval, new, completed, postponed, and withdrawn).
For FPO announcements, we capture four stages: new, postponed, closed, and withdrawn. Once an FPO event becomes effective, we publish an updated Shares Outstanding figure to reflect the previous and a new number of securities outstanding as a result of the additional securities distributed in the offering.
We source our IPO and FPO data using local stock exchanges as the primary source of information, along with local newspapers and news agencies as secondary sources.
Coverage: DIH’s IPO data covers global equities from over 150 exchanges. Our FPO data covers over 65 exchanges worldwide.
History: Our data includes historical data. The amount of history varies by exchange.
Updates: We update our official IPO & FPO data daily.
Delivery: You can receive our data in bulk files via download, S3 to S3, on-demand via API, or via your web browser.
License Terms: We license our IPO & FPO data for either your internal use only or for display/redistribution to your clients. Unlike other data providers, DIH does not have purge clauses – so if you ever stop receiving data from us, you do not have to a ransom to keep the data you’ve already received and for which you’ve paid.

Target New Companies and Stay Updated on Secondary Offerings.
Be notified when a private company is rumored to be thinking about going public. Follow a company at every stage of its listing process. Use this information to set up new companies and securities in your security master database.
Also, keep up to date on existing listing companies who have announced a secondary offering or share placement. Use that information to track the impact of dilution on shareholdings.
DIH’s IPO and FPO data provide an aggregated source of accurate share offerings across the world.
